IndiClock ("the App") is provided by Sea Gull Way Ventures Inc. ("we", "us") as a general-purpose personal utility. This disclaimer explains the limits of what the App is designed to do and what it is not suitable for.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding its accuracy, reliability, timeliness, or fitness for any particular purpose. Do not rely on IndiClock for medical, legal, safety-of-life, navigation, aviation, financial, regulatory, or other time-critical decisions.
These features use the time kept by your iOS device. iOS clocks are generally accurate but can drift, lag during system load, or be delayed by background-processing limits imposed by iOS. Alarm and timer notifications depend on iOS notification delivery, which is not guaranteed in all conditions (e.g., device powered off, Focus/DND modes, low-power states, connectivity issues for time-zone syncing). Do not use IndiClock as the sole alarm for situations where missing the alarm would cause meaningful harm.
The Panchang (the traditional Indian almanac), sunrise/sunset, moon phase, and related astronomical or religious calendar information is computed from standard algorithms for general personal interest. It is not authoritative for ritual, religious, or legal purposes. For decisions that matter, consult a qualified authority (a priest, almanac publisher, or recognized calendar source) for the specific tradition you follow.
Weather information is fetched from third-party services and cached on-device. Data may be stale, incorrect, or unavailable. IndiClock's weather display is for convenience only — do not use it for travel, outdoor-safety, agricultural, or emergency decisions. Consult an authoritative meteorological service in those situations.
Themes imported via URL are fetched from third-party sources you choose. We do not review, endorse, verify, or host the content of imported themes. You are responsible for the themes you import and share. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details on acceptable use of the import and share features.
The App may fetch images, theme JSON files, or other data from third-party hosts. We do not control those hosts and are not responsible for their availability, content, or policies. Referencing a third-party service in the App does not constitute endorsement.
Nothing in the App is medical, legal, financial, astrological, religious, or professional advice. Features that may appear to provide such guidance (e.g., panchang, astronomical events) are informational only.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sea Gull Way Ventures Inc. disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App — including but not limited to missed events, schedule disruptions, reliance on displayed information, or loss of data. The App is distributed under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Apple's EULA") unless a custom EULA is displayed in the App Store listing. In case of conflict, Apple's EULA and the App Store Terms of Service govern.
We may update this disclaimer from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance.
